Exchanges and Returns

Exchange due to choice or regret


Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery. The piece of work must be in the original packaging and without any evidence of damage, accompanied by all the items it has.
To exchange an item, you need to contact us at administrativo@bygabs.com.br, providing the order number, invoice number or receipt, purchase date, and the reference of the item to be exchanged.
All return/shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important: We only accept returns after confirming this communication and within the stipulated time. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and your purchase will be resent without prior consultation.


Exchange of Damaged Items


We guarantee the right to exchange an item in the case of damage within 30 business days after delivery. After analyzing and verifying that the item was delivered damaged, By Gabs will cover the costs of collection/shipping for the product to be analyzed.
To request an exchange for a defective item, you must contact us at administrativo@bygabs.com.br or via WhatsApp at +55119875-7393, providing the Order number or Invoice/Receipt number, purchase date, photos of the damage, and the reference of the item to be returned. This must be done immediately after receiving the item.
We will send the item for analysis and arrange for an exchange with the same item or another item of your choice, provided it is of equal value. If there is a difference in value between the items, the customer may choose to pay the difference or receive the difference as credit at By Gabs. The analysis period is 30 business days but may be determined sooner.
